Refund policy

At Berethat, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every hat you purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day free return and refund policy for eligible items.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Hats must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale or clearance items may be excluded from refunds unless otherwise stated.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@berethat.store or call 418-784-5209 to initiate your return.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will issue a prepaid return label for your convenience.
  4. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund approval.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

  • We gladly accept exchanges for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
  • Contact us to arrange your exchange; we’ll make it simple and hassle-free.
